We were excited to see our BMW Spinner and Salesforce sensory kit featured in Canada Post’s INCITE magazine as part of a collection of featured global work from across industries showcasing how modern marketers are integrating direct mail media with other channels, sensory experiences and technology.

This direct mail piece delivered on its promise by increasing interest and consideration among recipients and opening up conversations that led to new partnerships.

Working with Pixel Dreams on behalf of their client, Salesforce Inc., we produced this multi-page sensory DM sales kit. The growth-themed “storybook” was contained inside an outer sleeve with the cover of the book featuring die-cut letters with grass-like material which tied into the theme perfectly. The inside of the book incorporated tactile pages on how to find, win and keep customers with the Salesforce CRM platform while showcasing 4 customer success stories.

The direct mail also featured a scannable QR code that could be used to instantly book the recipient’s next service appointment online.

Working with Richmond Day, their client BMW used our Triple Spinner mechanism to deliver a special personalized offer to customers. The cover of the mailer features 3 die-cut windows. As you open the mailer, each of the cutouts spin to reveal each of the different offers. The inside of this self-mailer featured a letter to customers which was personalized with the recipient’s first name and a QR code they could scan to book an appointment.
