Kitty brings more than 25 years of experience in direct mail, mail induction and fulfillment, and has been an integral part of Marketing Kitchen for the past nine years. As our resident Canada Post expert, she oversees fulfillment, inventory, shipping and receiving, scheduling, bindery and mailing operations, always with a sharp focus on keeping projects moving and timelines on track.
Now supporting both Marketing Kitchen and Information Packaging, Kitty brings deep operational knowledge, practical problem-solving and a strong understanding of how to move complex projects efficiently from production through to delivery.
