Astellas utilized the Flipbook mailer to showcase the effectiveness of its Myrbetriq prescription medication for treating overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms. This interactive self-mailer features a pull-tab mechanism that, when engaged, triggers a series of panels to flip in sequence—visually transforming an image from one state to another.
Evolutionary ag equipment manufacturer, Seed Hawk, used our Split Screen Slider™ design to educate customers on how their Emergency Parts Toolbox can help farmers during the seeding season. The cover of the mailer featured bold copy that read, “Be Prepared” above an image of a toolbox. Immediately upon pulling the slider the copy transforms to reveal the inside of Seed Hawk’s emergency parts toolbox. The additional 2 page panel inside this self-mailer featured additional pricing information.
Alcon utilized the innovative Telescoping Folder to share details about its new Total 30 multifocal lens with eye care physicians. This direct mail piece expanded to four times its original size as users pulled out each panel, with a sliding tab that locked in place to reveal key information about the lens. On the reverse side, an engaging golf course illustration unfolded to demonstrate the lens’s near, intermediate, and far-distance capabilities. A prominently placed QR code on both sides encouraged physicians to scan for additional details, providing Alcon with valuable insights into deliverability and engagement.
Alcon used this unique mailer to introduce its new CyPass Ultra System for optimised loading of a microinvasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) device called CyPass Micro-Stent. The cover of the mailer features a visual of glasses with each side representing the previous technology and the new CyPass Ultra System. As you turn each page of the first lens which represents the older technology, a different step is featured while the lens on the right opens up just once to demonstrate the clear path of the new device. The inside featured additional statistical information as well as unique URL where eye care professionals could learn more.
Janssen Inc. distributed this Centre Pop display to physicians as a practical and convenient reminder of their ongoing support for patients using INVOKANA®. Designed to mail flat for cost efficiency, the display easily pops up and sits upright, making it an ideal desktop reminder. The center panel highlighted available resources and included a QR code for quick access to an online portal. Another panel featured a die-cut illustration of a man playing the accordion, adding a distinctive touch to the design.
Canada Post harnessed the power of Augmented Reality to convey the powerful results of direct mail. The mailer was sent to participants of Canada Posts’s “Secrets of Direct Mail” webinar. The design they chose was the Slide Reveal. Just as the name implies, 2 panels slide out and lock in opposite directions to reveal the contents on the inside. In this example, the center panel unfolded to reveal an image of a stage with seating imagery on the bottom panel. The recipients were asked to scan the code on the stage and then point their phone camera to the stage to watch a video on Absolut Vodka’s record-breaking 70% increase in sales as a result of a direct mail campaign. The inclusion of Augmented Reality allowed the video to play within the imagery of the stage mimicking an actual live presentation.

adHome Creative engaged Information Packaging for the Magic X-Ray Viewer direct mail design to demonstrate the effectiveness of their clients services while engaging the recipient. The inside of the mailer featured a paper X-Ray affixed to a mylar window with an image of grass. As you slide the viewer around the mylar window the benefits of Ontario One Call’s services magically appear below the surface of the mylar window.
Bayer created a dynamic staged-pop mailer to showcase its DEKALB® seed product while delivering a memorable experience. The mailer’s cover grabbed attention with a bold graphic, setting the stage for its unique interactive element. Upon opening, the seemingly flat mailer instantly popped up to emphasize DEKALB’s standout advantages. To further engage recipients, the mailer included a QR code, offering a convenient way to explore how DEKALB’s soybeans deliver “the extra bushel” through an informative digital experience. This blend of tactile design and technology created a powerful tool for educating and exciting customers.
XITAVO® utilized our Slide-Lock direct mail design to offer customers an exciting preview of their latest soybean seed class. As the internal panel slides and locks, it unveils an exclusive ticket along with key product details. The back of the mailer featured a QR code, directing recipients to a dedicated microsite with more in-depth product information.
Nycomed, at the time, utilized the Slide Lock design to inform physicians about its Tecta medication, targeting GERD symptoms both at night and during the day. The front cover featured a partial image of a sleep mask and as the internal panel is pulled, it slides and locks, revealing an image of sunglasses. This clever transition reinforced Tecta’s round-the-clock effectiveness.
